THE ORIGINAL CHICKEN RECIPE THAT CONQUERED THE WORLD
KFC was founded in America by Harland Sanders at the age of 62, after previously trying various jobs: ferry captain, insurance man, lighting store salesman, lawyer, tire salesman, and even an amateur obstetrician!
He failed in all these fields so severly that he even attempted suicide!
All this lasted until 1930. Then he rented a fuel station, within which the restaurant was located. In this restaurant, travelers could taste the chicken that he cooked himself according to a recipe that only he knew!
Ten years later, in 1940, he perfected his recipe. There were 11 spices and herbs in it, some of which were engraved outside the kitchen door of that fuel station.
The first KFC opened in 1952, and in 1955, after patenting the unique recipe, Sanders held a marathon to raise funds for the development of the brand. He held more than 1,000 meetings and finally, in 1964, at the age of 74, sold KFC to investors for $2 million! The sequel is known. Harland Sanders' original recipe "11 herbs and spices" is still considered one of the most famous trade secrets in the food industry. You can be sure of the originality of the taste of KFC!
